I live about forty minutes outside anywhere that could reasonably be called a city, and it is quietly ruining this for me.
Set the radius small and there are perhaps a dozen profiles, most of which have not been active since last summer. Set it wide enough to find people I would actually like to talk to and now everyone is two hours away, which is fine for a conversation and impossible for a Tuesday.
I have been going round this loop for about eight months. Widen it, get excited, remember the drive, narrow it again, get bored, widen it.
How do people outside big cities handle this? Do you just accept that everything is a day trip, or is there something smarter?
