One sentence. What you want, in your own words, without the vocabulary and without the paragraph of preamble about how difficult it is to write these things. If you cannot produce it, that is useful information for both of us, and it is not a criticism, it just means you are not ready and I am not the person to get you there.
I ask because I have had perhaps forty conversations on this app that ran three weeks and never contained a single specific request. Warm, well written, entirely empty. In every case, when I finally asked directly, the person did not know, and we had both spent a month finding that out the slow way.
Forty six, the east end, dominant, fourteen years in, three dynamics and none of them shorter than two years. All three began with a sentence like the one I am asking for, and I can still quote two of them, which tells you what a specific request does compared with a month of atmosphere.
What I run is ongoing and unspectacular. Written expectations, reporting on a schedule, correction that is a conversation rather than a performance. I am slow at the start and I take responsibility for nobody in the first month.
Not looking for anybody in a crisis. Not looking to be impressive on a screen, since I am not. Not looking for a person who wants a title before we have met.
