Fourth install of the same app, and this time I wrote something first

I have deleted this app and put it back four times. Not as a gesture, not to make a point to anybody, just because every few months the whole thing starts feeling like a second job I did not apply for and I get rid of it. Then a quiet Sunday comes along and it is back on the phone within an hour. I am telling you this at the top because it is the most honest thing about me on here.
Twenty seven, submissive, I pour drinks for a living, and my week is upside down compared to most people reading this. Two years of on and off, one arrangement that ran about four months and ended without drama.
The pattern I want to break is the one where I match with somebody, we exchange a few good messages, nothing gets proposed, and I delete the app in irritation with them and with myself. So this time I have written the whole thing out instead. I want something with a shape to it. Days that are ours, expectations I know in advance, and somebody who does not treat a slow week as a verdict.
Not looking for anyone who wants to fix the deleting. Not looking for constant contact, because I cannot manage it and I will disappoint you. And I would rather not start anything with somebody who is also on their fourth install, because between the two of us nothing would survive a fortnight.
