Even if I decided tomorrow, I have nowhere any of it could happen
- Looking for
- somebody who can tell me whether the practical part ever gets solved
- Experience
- None. Four months of reading and one very useful conversation.
- Around
- out by the ring, Amsterdam
Suppose I worked out exactly what I wanted tomorrow. I would still be a person in a room in a flat with three other adults in it, on a lease I am not on, in a city where nobody I have spoken to on here can host either. The practical question is not a detail that comes later. For a lot of people on this board it is the whole thing.
Thirty one, out by the ring, no experience at all. Everything I have read describes people with doors that close and evenings that belong to them. I do not have either and I am not sure when I will.
So my actual question, and it is the only one I have, is whether people solve this or whether they simply wait. I would like to hear from somebody who spent years in the same position and did something about it that was not just moving house.
I am not asking anybody to solve it for me and I am not looking for an offer of a room, which I would decline.
Not looking to meet. Not looking for anybody who wants to be the one who introduces me to anything. Not looking to be told to be patient, since patience is what I have been doing for four years.
