Four installs in three years, each one after somebody moved out

I have installed and deleted this app four times and every deletion happened within a fortnight of a housemate leaving. I did not see the pattern until this spring. Somebody moves out, the flat becomes uncertain, I do not know where I will be living in two months, and the first thing I do is delete the one part of my life that requires me to be somewhere.
The trouble is that deleting the account does not just remove the profile. It removes every conversation, including the two that were slowly becoming something, and there is no way to tell those people what happened. They see a name go grey and draw their own conclusion.
Thirty, the south, submissive, three years in, four addresses in that time and nothing longer than five months.
So this time the change is behavioural. I have told the person I am currently writing to that this is a habit of mine. I check it twice a day rather than constantly. And if I go, I will say so first, which costs nothing and would have spared two decent people a fortnight of confusion.
What I want is a dominant who is consistent over months rather than impressive in week one. Small daily rules. Somebody who follows up. Not looking for intensity. Not looking to prove I am serious by being permanently available. Not looking for anybody who vanishes without a word, because I have been that person.
