In nine years on these apps in this city not one person has demanded pictures before a conversation. Friends who do this elsewhere describe the opposite as normal. I have no idea whether that is the city or luck, but it has shaped how I run the beginning of things: nothing visual, a short live call when both people are ready, and a public meeting soon after.
Forty four, the west of the city, dominant, nine years in, two arrangements with the longer at four years.
I have no face on my own profile, which in most places would cost me everything and here costs me almost nothing. What I offer instead is a call, and I offer it before it is asked for, and I go first.
What I run is a structured weekly arrangement. Terms agreed properly and written down, obligations through the week, correction that is spoken, a review every few months.
Not looking for anybody who wants an album. Not looking to send anything that can be saved, and I will not ask you for anything of the kind either. And not looking for a person who thinks a refusal to exchange images means somebody is hiding, because after nine years I would say the opposite is nearer the truth.
