My sister sees my notifications and that is the whole problem

I moved in with my sister in January while my own flat is repaired. We share a phone contract, and everything that arrives on my phone also lights up a tablet living on her kitchen table. She is not nosy and she has never once looked. That is not the point. The point is that I now write here in a bathroom at eleven at night, which makes me sound like a man with something to hide rather than a man at the beginning of something.
Thirty one, Neukölln, curious, five months of this and not much to show for it.
My replies come in bursts and then stop for two days, and both conversations I had died of exactly that. Neither person was unreasonable. From their side I looked like somebody losing interest, and there was no way to explain the tablet that did not sound like an excuse.
What I think I want is structure rather than anything dramatic. Somebody who sets expectations and holds me to them. I say think because I have never done any of it and I am not going to claim otherwise in an advertisement.
Not looking for anybody who needs an answer within the hour. Not looking for a person who will read a slow reply as a verdict. In October I have my own front door again, which fixes most of this, so if the timing is wrong for you I understand completely.
