Everybody in my life knows what I am, and that has consequences for you
- Looking for
- somebody who is comfortable with a partner who does not hide
- Experience
- Sixteen years, three dynamics, all of them entirely open.
- Around
- Kreuzberg, Berlin
My family knows. My colleagues know in the general sense. My oldest friends have met the people I have been with. I did not set out to be open about it, I simply stopped constructing explanations at some point in my thirties and never went back. It is not a virtue and I am not recommending it to anybody.
Forty nine, Kreuzberg, dominant, sixteen years in, three arrangements with the longest at seven years.
The reason it is at the top of this post is that it is not a neutral fact for whoever is with me. I will not lie to people who ask me a direct question, and that has, twice, made things complicated for somebody who needed absolute privacy. I can be discreet about you, entirely and permanently. I cannot be secret about myself.
What I run is a structured ongoing arrangement, terms agreed properly, a weekly evening, obligations in between.
Not looking for anybody who needs me to have a cover story. Not looking for a person who is going to find my openness thrilling for a month and alarming afterwards. And if you need complete invisibility, I understand it completely and I am the wrong choice.
