People searching for a submissive filter me out. People searching for a dominant filter me out. The app is doing exactly what it was told and the result is that I am invisible to the two groups most likely to want to talk to me. My queue is almost entirely other switches, which is pleasant and not what I am after, and I now understand why boards like this one still exist.
Thirty five, switch, I work in claims, Brickell, seven years in with two arrangements behind me of roughly a year each, one in each direction.
What I would like is somebody who is mostly one thing and curious about the other, or somebody who is also both and tired of the same problem. I lead well with structure and planning and I follow well when somebody else is competent and clear. I do not think either half of me is a performance and I would rather not be asked which is the real one.
I am not looking for anybody who wants to be talked out of a filter setting. I am not looking to be somebody's occasional novelty. And I am not going to write a bio that picks a side just to be visible, because I did that for two years and every conversation started with a correction.
