The app offers a set of little prompts to fill in, presumably to help people who cannot think what to write, and the effect is that four hundred profiles in this city now answer the same three questions in almost exactly the same way. I could recite them. Some of them are genuinely funny the first time and none of them is funny the eightieth.
I do not blame anybody. The box is there, it is easier than writing, and the app rewards a completed profile. But it means the one thing I actually need, which is four sentences in somebody's own voice, has been quietly replaced by a form.
Thirty nine, Stockport, dominant, ten years in. Two dynamics, both with terms written down and reviewed every few months, because I have watched friends' arrangements collapse out of pure ambiguity.
So I read boards rather than profiles now. A post like this one is at least evidence that a person can hold a thought for more than a line.
What I want is a submissive who wants service to have a shape: tasks with standards attached, reporting that happens on time, and a clear way of telling me something is not working. Not looking for anybody who agrees to terms to be agreeable. Not looking for a person who cannot write about themselves without a template.
